A good $20 hotel
The Eastiny offers rooms for 800 Baht, off season. The room has a king size bed, tile floor, good A/C, cable TV and large shower. They also have a swimming pool with a jacuzzi pool attached. Overall, real nice accomidations for a very low price.
The only negative is it can get a little noisy when the Soi 8 beer bars open, but that is part of the Pattaya experience.
Unique Quality: Pool, clean rooms and proximity to the "entertainment" areas near soi 8.
