The Breakfast Buffet at the Lek Hotel is just great. It is in the Coffee Shop near the Pool.
This is an All you can eat opportunity.
It goes from 07.00 till 13.00, and for only 95 Baht.
There are 20 different Hot dishes, there is Thai food (from light till spicy), Eggs and potatoes in different styles, different choices of Fresh salad and dressing, assorted cold cut, home made bakery with big choice of bread and cereal, variety of desserts and cakes, fresh fruits and fruit salad, Milk, Coffee, Juices, Tea I did not really had a favourite dish, I just loved it to try some different dishes, and it all tasted delicious.

This Buffet is located in the Pool side Coffee shop.
Their motto is: Good Price, Good Place, Good taste, Good time. And they are right.
The Buffet line is about 75 feet long, it goes from 18.00 till 22.30, daily and it costs 160 Baht.
Of course it is All you can eat.
The Cuisine is East meets West, which means that there is a big variety of hot dishes in European, Oriental; and of course Thai style.
There is Fillet steak of Pork, Chicken, Beef and Fish.
Also Spaghetti with different sauces, a delicious Barbeque.
Assorted Cold cut.
Home made bakery, cakes, custard and Thai desserts.
Big choice of fresh fruit.
Coffee and Tea. Different dishes, from typical European food over spicy Thai food,

Same as the Lek Hotel, the Apex Hotel also organises a daily Breakfast buffet and a daily Dinner buffet.
The buffet is in the coffee shop near the pool.
There is a big variety on dishes, cold and hot, any style.
Of course this is also All you can eat. So it is eat till you drop.
The prices are also very reasonable, 95 Baht for the breakfast buffet and 160Baht for the dinner buffet.
Breakfast buffet: daily from 7.00 till 13.00
Dinner buffet: daily from 18.00 till 22.30. My favourite dishes go from European food till light spicy Thai food.
The variety is so big, that it is hard to choose a number one favourite.

Coming to Pattaya

We will be visiting Pattaya first time come this march and wonder which hotel is within walking distance to the shopping stretch. Our budget is USD22 or less and will be there for two nights and there will be 8 of us.... cheers

22 USD are about 850 bahts and about 50 % of the hotels are under this price, so the choice is wide. Today shopping is on every street or so, what kind of shopping you like ?
Good hotel around 700 Bahts are, Cottages bungalows, in front of Central festival center, On beach road Twin Palms, Nautical inn, Sawasdee seaview. Julie complex on walking street is an original hotel right on the water. Lek hotel, Diana inn on second road are to consider. Welcome Plaza and Royal Palace are city hotel of good quality. You can chek a tot of hotel on my name.
