This hotel is located above a pizza restaurant near the Royal Garden Plaza shopping centre (the pizza's are very good, by the way!). I had a room near the top which was accessed by a lift and it came with a nice double bed, cupboard, desk, TV, mirror, fan, a/c, and a clean, modern bathroom. My only gripe was that the room was a little on the small side and that the shower water went all over the bathroom floor. The staff are friendly and nice and it did the trick whilst I was in Pattaya. My room was 700 baht.
