A Near Perfect Hotel for 30 Bucks

I highly recomment Sandy Spring hotel. It has a large rooms with king size beds, wifi, a good pool and good bathroom. The air-conditioning is quiet and effective.

Unique Quality: The rooms are quite large, extremely clean, new, and well appointed. The furniture is good quality wood. The cable tv has plenty of channels in English as well as local Thai and Indian channels. The Pool is beautiful and well maintained. A man is assigned to bring towels and drink. One nice touch, they have a place for people to leave book for others to read. the elevator even is fast. If it were on the beach, it would be perfect, but in Pattaya, you won't find a better hotel. For only 1200 Bt. it is great!

The staff members are very helpful and fully represent the "Land of Smiles" with their friendly attitude.
