Good Location - Nice Clean Room
Good Location. Internet Booking for OCT about 800B. With Windows. Can Sun your Clothing if you do not want to pay 10 Baht for Laundry. No pool but a pool table. Breakfast everyday. Ok for a small hotel like this. Walkin price is 1400 B. Central Pattaya. North to Big C or South to walking street is not very far (thou you still got to take a transport) Air Con is new. Toilet with Bath tub is very clean too. TV with all channel available. Fantastic. Beach only 2 minutes walk or 30 seconds if you run there. Tell the driver Soi Sip (10) and they will know.
Unique Quality: I am not writing anything too good because i am going back to this same hotel next time! Selfish! haha.

Small open air lobby, 2 buildings, i stay in the old one
without lift, i pay only 1400 baht for 7 night, in low season. I stay on the last floor, a room without aircon, but a nice seaview.Small an good restaurant. You are next Mike Dpt store and the beach is far 50m...
One of the cheapest on the beach road.
Unique Quality: A choice of 2 building price until 2000 bahts on a flaschy suite, near the beach and the city center.

The room condition is ok and some rooms offers good view. I paid 300 Baht with room have shower.
