Can anyone tell me which is a gud Budget hotel on Jomtien beach, must be clean
and rates to include Breakfast.
How much do you want to spend - not everyone has the same meaning for "budget!"
Pattaya City will have cheaper hotels than Jomtien!

You can find breakfast in a private restaurant for around $2 US in many places, especially in the Pattaya City area!

I was staing in White House Resort which is located on Soi.8 Jomstien beach. I think it's pretty nice quite hotel for money they're asking for rooms (about 450 baht for room for two). There are clean rooms and swimming pool with free towels but it close at 20 or 21 p.m. I don't remeber surely. But and this is not a problem becouse only 5 mins by walk and you are on the Jomstiem beach. And there are delicions cooking I ate like a crazy every day on the breakfast. I have to say only two bad things about this hotel. First is a lizards live in hotel and run through room sometimes. And second is dirty beth clothes. Cleaners change it every two days but it have blots anyway.

Rock and Roll lives on at the Blues Factory . For good live music in a' a Go Go' setting this is the place to go .Thailand's guitar King Lam Morrison rocks out with his band and dancers most nights,playing cover version of classic rock tunes. There is also a Ladies Nights on Mondays.The staff are great , the beers cold and vodka Redbull will blow your socks off!
There are many Middle Eastern Restaurants in South Pattaya: Arabic restaurants, Iranian restaurants, Indian restaurants, Turkish restaurants and more. Among Iranian restaurants, I can mention Alburz restaurant off beach road, near Lek hotel. The food is not bad but its expensive. The second one is Madaen restaurant in South Pattaya in front of Marine Hotel. They have music during lunch and dinner time. The food is excellent and the price is reasonable. I think it’s the best Iranian restaurant in Pattaya where you find authentic Iranian food reasonably priced. The manager's name is Reza and he's polite and friendly. They have one dish called 'Murg Zaresh', and its chicken marinated in tomato sauce with Persian herbs. Delicious.
In a large air conditional hall you can find more than 300 bottles of temples houses and many more it is the only museum which displays art in bottle this fantastic work was made by Mr Peter Baydely from Holland
The gardens are around 20 minutes via car from the centre of Pattaya, and they are well worth a visit. There are small buses which take you around the gardens stopping at the variuos places of interest so that you can take your photos. There is also a show involving elephants. The gardens are really nice and they should certainly not be missed when visiting Pattaya. Have a look at the photos.
