This hotel located in Khon Kaen University. If you don't have your own vehicle, it's easy to move by public transportation which passed this area. Room 're clean but a bit old.The price 're : 600 THB for SGL/DBL - air-con room with TV, fridge, hot shower and Breakfast / 1000 THB for 5 beds in 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom - air-con room with TV, fridge and hot shower / 2000 THB for 15 beds /3 bathroom - air-con room with TV, fridge and hot shower.

I stayed there for 1 night. The hotel offer a clean room with TV, fridge, Bahtroom with Hot shower. Room's very new and clean plus a good scenery of Khon Kaen city.

At 600 baht a night, including breakfast (9 GBP) this was breathtaking value. The room was a double, spotlessly clean and serviced every time I left the hotel. Mini-bar, coffee facilities a faultless bath and shower.
It's central to everything, the service is faultless, the accommodation spotlessly clean.
There is a cabaret/karaoke every night and, for those who like such things, a snooker club.
It was booked out when I returned in 2005 so I spent the first 4 nights at the Roma, just a hundred metres or so up the road. This was also excellent value, but not quite in the Kaen Inn class. cheap. 150 to 200 baht per night with private bathroom. The hotel has aged well. It has a 1970's kind of feel. Only proper maintainance could bring out her glory.
The rooms are on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor lobbey has some striking animal sculptures with big marble eyes! scary! Located in the center of town , easy to move out . Clean room but run down.

This hotel offer a clean and quiet room but a bit tiny for 370 THB for room with air-con,bath with hot and cold shower,Cable TV,fridge and small sofa.And all rooms come with small terrace.

This hotel is one old hotel in Ban Phai but the room 's cozy,well-maintained and good design.Room come with bath and cold/air-condition/hot shower,Cable TV,chair set and fridge for 450 THB.Plain room with fan for 280 THB. The hotel building design and interior 're so interesting and lovely.
