Khon Kaen's Number One
I did not stay at the Sofitel myself, but my boyfriend did and he loved it.
During my stay I went to the hotel to have a look at the hall and restaurants and it certainly is a beautiful, elegant upper class hotel.
Compared to the other hotels in Khon Kaen it's quite expensive, but still cheap if you compare it to hotel of the same class elsewhere in the world.
So, if you go to Khon Kaen on business or just for a few days and if you like great hotels - book Sofitel - it's totally worth it!!!

Khon Kaen's Greatest Hotel
A beautiful hotel that is visible on arrival at the airport, some 7-8 km away but sit in the centre of the city.
Everything about the Sofitel exudes luxury from the building itself to the cakes and pastries in the coffee shop.
The staff are polite attentive and very well dressed. The restaurant offers a very extensive buffet style to cater for tastes from around the world and it is easy to forget that you have already helped yourself twice, or more times.
The rooms are large and extremely well furnished as are the bathrooms.
The meeting rooms and other amenities continue the quality seen throughout this truely fantastic hotel.
When you finally force yourself to check out the only reason you may question the bill is that it is at an unbelievably low rate.
Your visit to Khon Kaen will not be complete unless you stay here for at least one night.
Unique Quality: All round QUALITY as expected but seldom found in five star hotels anywhere.
