My dear Hotel
My wife and I use to travel to Thailand from Lao PDR where we live. Usually we enjoy Chiang Mai, Bangkok or Isaarn areas. When going to Udon we stay at CharoenSri Grand for 3 nights. This is a good business hotel, yet slightly over-priced. If you consider a 1400 Bath room - booking straight at the desk- you will have to pay extra for drinking water and don't enjoy in room internet access...(and have to pay an extra for the internet kiosk in the lobby)
Quiet and clean, sure, but not a warm and homely atmosphere...For half of that price and if you disregard the main hall design, you will find a similar level of quality at TonKoon Hotel.
Unique Quality: Superbly decorated main entry hall and lobby.
Great breakfast buffet
