Guest house at great price
I spent many days here, as my base for my fieldwork research. There is a complex of buildings and varities of room selections (all have a fan, shower and toilet at the minimum), from the basic cold shower: 170 B; basic hot shower: 200 B; hot shower and tv: 250 B. I have stayed in all of these, and the 250B rooms are cetainly worth it because these rooms face the residential neighbourhood, whereas the cheaper rooms are closer to the bar street, which can be loud at night, especially if you go to bed early. The rooms are clean with old furnitures but comfortable.
There are also rooms with hot shower and air conditioning with the option of a tv for higher price. I think around 300-400 B. But there is no need of an air conditioning in November, and possibly for the winter months because it was cool at night.
There is a restaurant for breakfast. But I prefer to eat Thai food outside.
Good location as it is just a block from the bus station, night market and street market.
