Lampang Hotel

Lampang Hotel is good place to stay if on budget when in Lampang - has bright clean rooms but cheap and all with private bathroom/hot shower. Cheapest rooms are 180 THB without air-con and TV, some has small balcony and aren't really narrow so there's enough place for 2 (has big bed) and luggage (I wouldn't find any other place in Thailand for that price so large and clean). Most expensive are 380 THB and include TV, air con and are bit larger. Nice and helpful staff but they don't speak English.

Unique Quality: friendly staff, in centre, 7 min walk to riverside restaurants, clean and cheap

Directions: Suan dok road, take shared taxi from the station (10 THB per person) and ask them to take you to hotel - about 10 min drive.
