Very nice hotel
This hotel is placed in a very quite and beautyfull area.
Staff are very kind and helpfull.
Rooms are very nice.
Pool is clean and nice.
Breakfast is good.
The hotel is placed outside the city - so there is a little bit transportation if you want to go to the city. Staff call a taxi when you need it, and it will be there within 5 - 15 min.
I would go there again if i comes to Lampang.
Unique Quality: A very very beautyfull area.
Good rooms and food.

Relaxing away from town
We stayed at River Lodge for a couple of days in june 2004. We celebrated my birthday at the hotel. It was very hot so it was nice to stay by the pool. There were almost no other guests there so we had the pool area for ourselfes. A group of bus tourists came in the evening before we left. I think the hotel mainly get this kind of tour groups travelling north Thailand.
The rooms are not that nice (compared to the price you pay). Due to the low season there
were a lot of dishes on the meny that could not be ordered.
But we had a good time there sunshining, swimming in the pool and getting massage.
Unique Quality: Nice setting away from the town with a nice pool area and nice garden.

Relax, forest type
The room is small thay bungalow style, made of wood, with the beds and air conditioner.
The room is surround by what I call forest, it the sensation that give you the decoration.
Have a lagoon were you have give a ride in a small boat, to note be careful the boat is very instable and you can fall into the lagoon. It was fun for as it was part of the experience at the lodge!!!!!!!

The most charming Hotel/Resort in Lampang
Yes it is out of town...
Yes it is soooooooo charming !
Small bungalow with character in a nice nice garden...
2 charming restaurants especially at night: one of them is over looking a river (which I forgot the name)... The other side is lake or pond side with a great swimming-pool...
Unique Quality: Rooms are decorated with Lanna Style...
Pool is great...
Restaurant are very charming and if you are lucky you can get thai show from time to time...
Just an advice: as the resort is in a big garden, beware of mosquitoes !!!
