North West Guesthouse: Mae Sariang's best budget accommodation
This guesthouse offers great value for money, simple clean fan rooms with shared bathroom for 250bt, or air-con private bathrooms for 400bt. There's a great friendly atmosphere, mainly due to the owners who make you feel at home and are really helpful in any aspect of your stay. They have a chill out/dinning area and a kitchen which serves delicious Thai and Isaan food. Bikes and motorbikes also available for rent, and if you have a laptop you can plug it in and use the internet for free.
Unique Quality: Atmosphere, friendly and pleasant staff, good for meeting other travellers here

Good value for money, simple and clean rooms. No fuss, but great atmosphere, nice place to hang out.

Leo Park Guest House: Hotel next to Temple
This is a nice little hotel a few meters of the main road, located next to a nice temple and its own radio station (Fm.89.0 MHz).
Interior is basic but comfortable with either twin or single beds. All rooms have air conditioner and a TV and hot and cold shower.
Unique Quality: Upper rooms have nice views. It is so clean it smells of cleaner in the rooms!

Riverside guesthouse: Mae Sariang
I think a view of river with mountain and ricefield here 's so great.
Unique Quality: A big Single / double room with shared bath cost 80-160 Baht.
Restaurant on the top.
Also Tour and trekking arrangement.
