PhuPhaNan Resort, nearby the Pha Tup Cave Forest P: Cool destination in Nan Thailand.
I like the lodge area that is a wonderful landscape with slopping downhill and is surrounded by verdant forest. I can walk to the Pha Tup Cave Forest Park that far away from the resort about 1 kilometres and also travel in Nan by myself via minibus drop in front of the resort every 1 hr from 6 am to 6 pm every day.
Just 8 kilometres from Nan Airport and about 10 kilometres from Nan bus terminal.I can drop from the bus (from bangkok) at the resort on the highway 1080 at km 8 route.
Closed up with nature but not far from Nan downtown.
Unique Quality: Great view....surrounded by the moutain cliff area of the Pha Tup Cave Forrest Park.Relax on terrace of the villa where a view of the moutain cliff is magnificent.

Doi Phukha Guesthouse: Big wooden house, feel like staying home.
Although the place (I believe) was sort of homestay (read from guestbooks) these days this place is big wooden house with share bathrooms. Good deal of price. Price for one person is 70-80 Baht. For two goes for 120 Baht/night.
Unique Quality: Some rooms might not have bed but big comfy cushion for you to crash. Share open air living room where you can read books, smoking, talking to other guests. Good location. Not far from the mini mall, smal restaurants, bike shop.
