Let’s not split hairs here, the Rajthanee Hotel is a dump. That being said, its is really cheap and very close to the Songthaew stop for the old city. The staff was ok. They tried help when they could, but basically understand no English.
The rooms are in poor condition and mosquitoes are a problem inside the hotel. Most other things also seem to be in disrepair as well. The place is pretty empty, so getting a reservation shouldn’t be too hard. I think you can find better accommodations for the same price if you choose a guesthouse though.

Q: How to get from Sukhothai to Ayuthaya? "Hi! Need to get to Ayuthaya from Sukhothai. If it possible to get there on bus, or the only way is the train from Phitsanulok?..."
A: "No idea of timings but there is a bus service between the two cities. Once there ask for directions to the bus station, or ask your hotel to check for you."
