Beautiful cottages by the beach
The hotel rooms are nice cottages set near the beach. The inside of each room is cozy and comfortable. Phi Phi islands is a small place, but with lots of outdoor activities, especially snorkeling, diving and rick climbing. And after a tiring day, the room was a comfortable retreat during our stay at the hotel. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool with a bar if you just want to lie around.
Unique Quality: The swimming pool is quite nice.

Bungalo's with the lot
These Bungalo's were quite small but they had everything in them that you would need.
The location right near to the Ao Dalum beach was great as was the free full buffet breakfast each day.
The pool was always very hot though with no shade at all and the bungalo's are pretty close together too so you will need to keep the noise down.
also you may have to wait till 2pm before you can check in.
Unique Quality: The air-con cools the rooms down very fast and everything you might want is just a short stroll away.

Nice bungalows
It was very comfortable in PP Casita. The bungalow that we stayed was really nice. The bungalows with fan start from 1000 THB and there are also aircon bungalows as well as cottages and sea view apartments and villas. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 pm. There is also complimentary luggage service to the pier. If you don't arrive in high season, you can even arrange your bungalow once you arrive in the pier. You will see some agents holding PP Casita labels who can organize your stay.

Phi Phi's loveliest accomodation
The word that comes to my mind when I decribe this place is "Delicious"!! Quite an odd word to describe a place to stay!. But, PP Casita is done up in such a way that it just reminds me of this word.
Quaint cottages at a raised level with plants growing all around each cottage. The rooms are beautifully done up in Maroon, lavender and white. The bathroom also boasts of an interesting decor. It almost feels like home. Very clean and amazingly beautiful place to stay.
We stayed in the fan bungalow as we were on a budget, but realised that its better to take up an A/C room in phi phi as it gets quite hot inside the room during the day.
Unique Quality: The rooms are new, spacious and have an electronic safe and a fridge. The fan rooms do not have a hot water facility and the breakfast is not complimentary for fan rooms.
The hotel has a pool and a pool side restaurant. We had sandwiches on the day we reached and they were quite nice. They play some good music there as well.
The entire hotel is very well done up, the staff is friendly and the service is also great.

Good hotel at a reasonably cheap price
We stayed at PP Casita in an a/c bungalow room. It wasn't perfect by any means, but it was clean and comfortable, and I would stay there again.
The good.
The service here was very good, but not overbearing as some places are.
The pool was lovely and had a pool bar (though it was cash only).
The bungalow was small, but that was ok because the bed was big and comfy.
PP Casita is situated on Loh Dalam Bay, and is about 10-15 minutes walk from the pier. It is far enough from the main town to be unaffected by it's noise (also see below). The resort is about 100m from the beach, which can be walked along for about 400m to reach the narrowest part of the isthmus.
Room for improvement
Noise - while there is no town noise, I would recommend bringing ear plugs. The bungalows at PP Casita are built over a tidal estury with walkways between rooms. This is lovely, but the frogs are VERY loud in spots. I also found the air-conditioning in the bungalow to be annoying when it cycled on and off. The change in volume disturbed me quite a lot, and it was too hot (in early July) to sleep with it off.
The shower was annoying (set pointing too high and unable to be adjusted). There was also no screen and water got everywhere. The water was nice and hot though.
Breakfast was included but was terrible! The milk was slightly off. There was little choice of cereal and bread. The eggs were ok, but they didn't drain the poached eggs properly and poured the water with the eggs onto my toast - mmm soggy! After two days of that, we went somewhere else for breakfast and paid for it!
There is no phone or mini-bar in the room.
Despite these drawbacks, I would definitely stay there again. It was much cheaper than the other hotel accommodation and had no problems that couldn't be solved or easily put up with. I found it to be great value for money.
We stayed in July (low season), so prices I quote are obviously cheaper than in the high season.

has anyone stayed at phi phi casita recently - worried about noise from renovations
the hotel website tells you day time renovations underway around walkway area and that no refunds or complaints will be entered into ..............so how noisy is it ????? I dont like the idea of making a booking and finding that one cant get away from the noise during day time

you do not say you go there tomorrow, I do not think those renovations will take ages to be done.
btw I've been there last year and the walkway really needed to be changed already.

thier web site says renovations are taking some months, due to finish 30th october? hence my query as Ill be there mid oct
