Current weather
Hi
My partner and I are heading out to Samui on Xmas day - whats the weather like at the moment? Normally at this time of year its sunny by now, but all of the weather forecast websites still show alot of rain and no sun at all. Please could someone put me out of my misery and tell me that there is at least a few hours of sunshine during the days at the moment!?

Travel Tips for Ko Samui
Do not forget these items...
Do not forget the mosquito and fly repellant. They are everywhere. My cousin told me about a guy she knew who got one in his eye and he had to go to hospital!!
Also, if you are are fair skinned, blue eyed and freckley and burn easily, don't forget your sun cream!
Top club
I think by far the best club/bar to go to in Chaweng, it seemed the most lively and had the best atmosphere. Drinks are cheap and cocktails are tasty!! ;) It doesn't start kicking off here until about midnight which is when it seems everyone on Samui decends on the Green Mango. Can get very packed and expect to get hot and sweaty. People seemed really nice and friendly and there didn't seem to be any trouble so a far cry from the clubs in London!! Anything goes! Recommend shorts and bikini top for the girls if you're going there to dance!

This Banana Pancake Lady can be found any night along beach road ( I found her more often than not towards the southern end).
Check the picture for most things on the menu the prices range from 20-40 baht & a pancake takes about 5 min from start to finish.
My wife made finding this lady her mission everynight after dinner & in the end she would stop us for a very bad english chat even if we weren`t buying during the day. My wife enjoyed the Banana Pineapple Cinnamon Pancake
