Not too bad..
You bet this is definitely better than Ya Ya Bungalow! Of course the price is steeper too. But wait a min ok? There's TV (they subscribe to some news channel, shouldn't be seeing but I'm kind of addicted to the tv ok...) , hot shower, air-con and choice of fan, and a fridge with 2 bottles of drinking water. And a larger bed and cupboard. 1200Baht per night. Oh, did i mention a swimming pool and a mini garden to walk around as well? Oh but there's no breakfast included (Yaya bunglaow room rates includes breakfast, so that was quite a deal, considering that food there isn't that cheap)
Quite a short climb up the hill - which is near the Diamond Cave, but there are always helpers around to help you carry your laugage. The waiters and the owner are glad to help you keep all your valuables in a safety place.
My friend and I found this place on our way back from a massage and had dinner there too. They had also offered tour packages which were cheaper than that of Yaya... hmm... was that suppose to imply something?
