Railay Beach's most luxurious, well-priced hotel
I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find this gem, which is priced well below it's worth because it's on the east side of Railay Beach. It is just a short walk to West Railay, which is where all the action is and the more scenic beach. This hotel is completely luxurious, each villa a small palace. It is in the same price range as the other Railay hotels, but this one is well worth it while the others leave much to be desired (Railay Bay Resort and Sand Sea included).
Unique Quality: Each of the rooms are private, gorgeous villas with the loveliest of touches--- the raised platfom on which the bed stands, the sheets, the bathtub, the outdoor stone shower, the private deck and surrounding forest visible from each one of the many large windows.

Railay Sunrise Tropical-bk in advance or wait till I arrive at Krabi?
Hi!
Can anyone help?
I'm arriving in Krabi at 8.30 in the evening this Sun 30th Apr. and wd like to stay on Railay, pref. at Sunrise Tropical Resort.
The best internet rate I've seen for 30th Apr is 2,940 baht & 2,095 for May.
Should I book in advance or wd I get a better deal on arrival at the airport?
My main concern is that as I'll be arriving in the evening, if there are no deals for Sunrise Tropical/Railay then I'll be homeless for the night!

Um, isn't Railay accessible only by boat? Seems a bit silly to fly to Krabi, taxi to Ao Nang beach then night boat to Railay only to sleep on the beach.
