Over Priced
We stayed over for the new year's eve and we were indirectly being forced to purchase the gala night which was being arranged by the hotel inorder to stay there. The gala night was extremely overpriced and there were no complimentary drinks and not even water being provided for the dinner. Our dinner table was being given to someone else eventhough we had already booked the table and they had to relocate us to another different spot.
Our bathtub was not being cleaned on the second night which we stayed there.
We stayed in the Honeymoon suite, but somehow we don't feel any special treatment.
Unique Quality: Nice view and good location. It's about 10mins walk to the beach. The beach towels were being provided with a nice basket to carry about with convenience. Breakfast was pretty good.
Too many steps which makes it very inconveniet to access to the rooms. Not too friendly for elderly people to stay there.

Good Service
Service was pretty good as we arrived rather early in the morning and as the room was not ready, they offered some suggestions on what we can do while waiting for the room.
The hotel room was pretty big with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Pretty clean bathroom.
There isn't any lift for the hotel so beware as the hotel is situated sort of on higher ground and you need to climb quite some steps before reaching your room. Although there are only 3 levels for rooms but still some climbing of stairs is required.

Tuning Out the Crowd....
Formally known as the Phra Nang Bay Resort, Vogue Pranang Bay Resort & Spa exudes an incredibly relaxing atmosphere to its visitors. Although some local maps do make the hotel seem like it is a long distance off from the beach, it is actually only a short 5 minutes walk away. Not being located near the main stretch of activities along Ao Nang also meant that you will enjoy a good quiet night's sleep here.
There is also rustic charm about the Thai-Balinese sort of architecture that has a sort of calming effect.
Unique Quality: Being a 4-star hotel among the predominantly 3-star hotels in Ao Nang, Vogue Pranang stands out as one of the more luxurious and exclusive accomodation options. It also boast one of the better spas within the area.
