We were very impressed with the whole complex including the staff who were friendly and obliging. The only criticism we have is that the reception area is rather oddly positioned up the top of a side road.
This hotel is ideal for families. It is well away from the noisy areas of Phuket, such as Patong.

Tremendous views from the upper levels. A great upper pool for adults and kids. The lower pool has direct access from some of the lower rooms. The hotel has all the facilites you would expect from a 5-star complex.
