Breakfast was included and that was fairly standard. The hotel has a small pool and fitness room and a lounge bar where you can upset everyone by singing karaoke into the small hours if such is your desire!
I'd stay here again if I needed a room just for one or two nights.
The Christmas decorations were up when we were there (end of December) and if you got lost in Phuket town, you could probably find your way there by the glow in the sky - Nobody could accuse the Metropole of skimping on the fairy lights!
