Good Value & Service, Very Central
My Friends & I stayed at patong beach lodge late June/early July 2008 for about 8 days, 7 Adults(31 - 47yrs old) & 2 Children (9yrs & 18mths),we all had a great stay,beds were comfortable, staff friendly & always keen to help, it is centrally located,has a nice pool, 5mins walk to the beach, 3 mins or less to bangla rd if you wish to go out and party, lots of restaurants close by as well, also it is quiet at night, so it's easy to sleep and even though it is only 3 star,not one of us could fault it, great for the budget traveller, we bartered for our room rate & paid 1000 baht per night including breakfast, I would recommend it to anyone so would my friends, I will definatley stay there again in the future, If you choose to stay here I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we all did.
Unique Quality: very central,comfortable,nice friendly helpful staff,affordable,quiet.

A nice place to blob out at
Paton Lodge is about 20mins walk from town, its quiet, laid back, very friendly staff with a great pool. All the rooms look out over the pool as well.
The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful when I was there.

3-star hotel @ Patong Beach
For SDG27 a night, it is a steal! Room is reasonably sized and the cable TV has English-speaking channels. Oh, juz shower in the bathroom -- no bathtub. Since I was out most of the day -- juz need a clean place to sleep at night. Buffet breakfast has a good spread -- suit my taste (not too sweet).

Budget - Patong Beach Lodge
Stayed for 3D/2N at this hotel.
Small hotel but was very well equipped with TV,MiniBar and Airconditioned room.
Generally clean and good
Nothing spectacular can be viewed from the hotel however.Pool is small size,
Room however is moderate size,with shower-only bathroom.Friendly staff of the hotel.No language problem.
Good breakfast with moderate choice to choose from.
For budget travelseekers,this might be good enough but for those looking for better fascilities and great view,u might want to check out other hotel.

Patong Hotel
This hotel offers quiet and peaceful environment and is located at the northern part of Patong beach. Just 3 minutes drive from patong beach or a 15 minutes walking distance. A real convenient.
A 3* hotel with swimming pool and restaurant. It is sitting on the slope of the hill but only a number of rooms have sea views.
I lived there in October 2003 with my friends. The staffs ween't really that friendly nor the food was delicious. I also find some of the rooms are very spooky.

Hi,
has anybody stayed at the Patong Beach Lodge (207/21-25 Ratu Thit Rd. is this hotel near the Montana Grand ?- i'am just trying to get bearings of where its located & what it's like to stay at , maybe going there late April/May
