Phuket - lovely smiles were everywhere.
We chose to live in this area coz we wanted to be close to shopping and nightlife.. to be frank it was a bit too busy for me... i didn't enjoy it that much... during the night... way too much sexual service was kind of ruine the small town.. aiyaya... I am rather fond of the daytime of Patong..
I stayed in Patong for the first 2 days, after that we moved to Kata, which has smaller but nicer beach... we spent 3 quiet nights there, then we moved back to Patong for my rest stay... i had a homesick at the last 2 days.. this has never happened to my trip before.. just enough of Patong i guess.. there are not too much to offer on the island..
next time i would love to see Samui, Koh Pan Ngan, Krabi or maybe Chiang Mai.. :)
Patong was not very crowded in the low season.. also the hotel, local tours were comparatively cheaper.. we got a good deal from the agency in the airport.. 800baht for a double bed room in Patong premier resort without breakfast. The room was okay, only a few minutes to get the beach and nightlife area... also a small but nice swimming pool is avaible..
Patong beach was nice... but not the best.. i was not so excited for what i saw... :)
plenty of street food choices.. fresh coconut was my favourite.. :)
