Not a bad mid-range hotel
You can choose hotel rooms or bungalows and there was a separate section of cheaper rooms right at the bottom with a separate reception (I think this was the original Peach Hill before they upgraded).
We had two interconnecting bungalow rooms (they're semi-detatched). Rooms were decorated in Thai style, lots of wood and quite decorative. Clean, big beds, working air-con - what more can you ask for from a hotel room? No complaints really.
Breakfast was so-so, the usual mid-range hotel breakfast - seems to be the same everywhere I stay in Thailand! We didn't eat any other meals there so I can't comment on them.
Unique Quality: There are 3 pools - two quite picturesque, one fairly boring (the old pool).
It is very handy for Kata - just walk down the steps, through the resort and you're there. Great if you like being near the nightlife.
Lots of steps there too so may not be very good for those who have trouble with mobility, unless they have a lift in the main block (but I didn't notice).
Not many sea views - only from the front of the main hotel rooms. Bungalows didn't have much view apart from the gardens.
Advise anyone going anywhere in Thailand to take some candles/tea lights - the electricity nearly always goes off at some point, especially during thunderstorms. We spent a whole evening here by candlelight

A Clean & Nice Hotel
With THB1200, I get a clean stardard room for 2 pax/day including breakfast. Or, you can try http://www.latestays.com for a lower rate.
A clean hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. Always keep their smile on face. Quick respones & willing to help anytime. Plug adapter is available to lend at the reception as long they have it.
Hotel guild book is ready on desk including hotel's phone intercom number.
The only thing bother me: As you can see in the photo, the lighting in standard room is too dim for me to study the map at night.

I am travelling to Thailand in October and am looking for a beach bungalow in phuket. Has anyone stayed in the Peach Hill Resort recently and what did they think of the accommodation and service they received.

We recently returned from Kata Beach in Phuket (general area as the Peach Hill).
We loved the Kata Beach resort. Wonderful accomodations, food, service, spa and right on the beach.
