Beach side hotel at Patong, Phuket
Travel agent offered me a discount for this stay at Patong Beach, Phuket.
Excellent central location and walking distance to shops, souvenir stalls and restaurants.
Also the beach is outside the hotel and excellent view from the room.

Best Hotel in Phuket
The Best in the area!!! Nice rooms reasonable prices. Has a Itailan place to eat as well as a baskin robbins. The rooms are large also. Great staff!!!

Ideal mid priced Patong Hotel
The Thara Patong resort is located across the road from Patong Beach and is right in the heart of the busy area of Patong beach, close to restaurants and nightlife of Patong. Rooms are of a good standard. This is a busy and active hotel popular with both families, couples and singles.

Thara Patong - Lots of Greenery
Surprising to see such a lot of greenery and that too on Patong Beach area which is prime property for Hotels. Thara Patong is nicely spruced up with lots of trees and greenery. Lots of orchids around too.

Good clean rooms, 2 bottles of water supplied daily, sachets of coffee, milk sugar and tea anlso supplied free of charge daily, daily towels, daily change of beds. good service, smiles everywhere

I was thinking of staying at the banthai beach resort was wondering if anyone new much about this place on what it was like.

There are a lot of good value places, Thara Patong is nice, it depends if you want to stay right in the busy shopping and nightlife areas or in quieter places in the hills behind Patong, try www.patong-beach-hotels.com, they have more than 50 places and you can see reviews too, Merlin and Patong Beach Hotel are good too.
