Avoid it like the plague
I do NOT recommend this hotel. I have travelled to Phuket every year for the past 5 years. This year, I decided to try Tony resort and I was unpleasantly surprised. It ruin my image of the hospitable Thais. I called the front office to request for some help and the staff slammed down the phone on me. I referred this matter to the manager as well and I never heard back from them.
As much as this is a budget hotel. I would have never expected this level of service or there lack of. If you want to have a piece of mind during your holiday, i strongly suggest that you do not stay here.
Unique Quality: WORST hotel ever. Rude and unaccomodating staff!
