Backpackers, hitchhikers and Budgeted Travellers
Please do not forget this is a basic hotel residence as you see the price as compared to the location....its not luxury...
however its fit for backpackers and hitchhikers and budgeted travellers.....we fall in the category of budgeted traveller so we accept the accomodation and stayed here for 5 nights....off course some problems or issues are there but that can be avoidable by us....it depends on the priority of an individual...
we feel problem of sun light comes early morning and ask the lady at reception so she put the axtra dark fabric on curtains and the light issue resolved....however in the morning some sounds of construction work listen but that did not effect us ma be for some body difficult to absorb......
we come to bed at 2 or 3 am and just see a television for 1 or half an hour and then sleep and did not know where we are and whats happening outside......wake up at 11am with good sleep...............SO FOR US WAS WORKABLE......ITS NOT LUXURY REMEMBER....
this hotel do not have swiming pool but they give the coupon to use the Swiming pool of Patong Bay Garden just opposite to this hotel.....BUT US IS USELESS IF WE HAVE VERY NEAR BIG BEAUTIFUL BEACH WITH BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE WHY WE USE POOL.............
Unique Quality: Location is very ideal.......beach is just 2 minute walk and Bangla Road is just 2 Minute walk.....all main activity areas are on walking approach......

Great budget rooms
Found this little place on the website sawadee.com it was great . the place is just along from Bangla road so you are still near enough if you want the shops and pubs but still enuf distance for a sleep
There are only 6 rooms and the wee thai guy at reception is real nice and friendly got myself booked in 4 nites only 500 baht a nite - bargain for wat yu get the rooms are spacious, air con, double bed, fridge, sat tv and free towels and soap
i'd defo reccomend this for the location as its directly opposite the beach too
Unique Quality: You geta voucher from reception this gives you free use of the pool at Patong bay hotel just across the road which is great , you geta towel and get to mix with the posh people for a change!!!
