Tinidee Hotel - formerly called The Royal Princess

The Tinidee Hotel (formerly Royal Princess) is a lovely hotel in the commercial district of Ranong.

From memory we paid 1200 baht for our room which also included breakfast.
The room was very comfortable with fantastic views from the balcony.

There is a nice swimming pool with bbq area and a huge 4 section Jacuzzi which uses natural spring water.

All the bathrooms in the hotel also use the natural spring water.

As we arrived after 7pm and were all so tired due to being on the road and site-seeing since 9am, we decided to order room service and have an early night.

I ordered a club sandwich and Gary ordered a cheese burger, mine was great but Gary ended up with a plain cheese sandwich. After a quick phone call it was replaced and there were no complaints.

We were in bed by 8pm all refreshed for a 7am breakfast in the restaurant.

Well, what an experience breakfast was, now the buffet brekky here is not like most of us are use to, there were so many different selections and the only things I recognized were the eggs!

But it all looked good and smelt great so I piled my plate up - yikes - now my head is exploding, this is some of the hottest food I have ever eaten, especially for breakfast.

Though it was all extremely tasty - whatever it was that I ate!

We were happy with the hotel and it was nice to be somewhere with no other westerners.
