Hotel Andijon: Great location, okay staff..
This place is cheap and clean, and it's in a great location: next to the market. My room was only 3600 ($3.50) I think. You don't need to bargain; they have the rates and photos at the front desk
Unique Quality: If you're in the room with exposed wires, and you try to find the light switch in the middle of the night, you might be in for a shock, like I was.
