Nasriddin Navroz: Traditional Uzbek house

    • I spent four nights at this welcoming B&B in the old town. The room was modern and well-appointed and I got it for $12.50 per night. It was offseason, mind you. Tea flowed freely and I got honey with it when I needed it for my sore throat. The daughter speaks English and can help with things like directions and trips to the pharmacy. Dinner can be provided for $3 - it's very big and if you're not prepared to leave the old town it'll be tough to keep the cost below that anyway.

    There isn't a tree in the courtyard, but it's still a relaxing place to hang. Other travellers found the family to be all about the money but I didn't personally see that. I quite liked the place. Great location.

    A Class Act !! The Hotel was clean, neat, cosy, warm, and gave me that" at home feeling ". The comfort level is very high and facility is excellent !! A super location. I would walk to go shoping, sightseeing. A very professional operation, excellent communication, customer satisfaction and they made my stay a pleasure !! A real treasure in Bukhara!!

    Small family run local guesthouse with lovely decor and great staff, and a nice upstairs aivan where you can sit for hours and read and drink tea.

  • Directions: Go East from Lyabi Hauz square until you get to the area where taxis wait. You will see the Fire Station on the right. Hotel Amelia is just down the small street on the right.

    There is nothing that has that lonely using the room of a twin by one person.

    it was sitting on the passenger seat of a left-hand drive from the until west to the east a while ago The left arm is crimson. Since hot water accumulated in the tub to some extent, the base (strawberry smel) of the hot spring of a cellular is put in, and it is to the inside of a tub.

    Voice was raised to too much painfulness. The voice is alone lonely and the room of a twin was echoed.

    This hotel looks newly opened or newly renovated hotel in the heart of the Bukhara. You can walk to major historical sites from the hotel. There are more than 30 rooms but some small rooms in another building are included so main building serves approximately 12 rooms with two stories.

    My room was for twin with two semi-double beds, sofa, desk, TV with satellite and bath room with bath tab. Height of sealing is quite high, it is about more than 3.5 meters. Heating system which is radiator with steam and air condition is facilitated. Water quality is insufficient so it is not recommended to drink from tap. Receptionist speaks English so international traveller will not have any problem and they are sufficiently kind.

    It was off season so it is fewer tourists here. The hotel is quite reasonable facilitation and services. They serve reasonable lunch, dinner but order will be made two hours in advance. The room charge was USD25 per night with breakfast. High season in Uzbekistan starts from 15th of March till beginning of November. They have branch hotel in Tashkent, Samarkand and Khiva.

    Run by the excentric but friendly Mubinjon, a former USSR Olympic athlete, this is a traditional Uzbek house converted into a guesthouse, oozing with charm.
    Price is about 10US$ for a single and for a few dollars more Mubinjon will make you a copious breakfast in the morning.

    I was little anxious about the hotel I would stay. The only reason was, the hotel was very cheap and i was not expecting to get much. I was wrong! I told the travel agency to book me a hotel close to main historical place, and they booked Hotel Boutique Amelia. Attached is the pix of my room and I paid only 25$ incl breakfast. Very small hotel with few rooms but totally recommended. They ask you when do you want to have your breakfast and anything special for the menu. You wake up anytime you want and your breakfast is ready. Staff is extremely friendly and receptionist speaks good English.

    Other than that, hotel is at the center of main historical area, Lyabi Hauz. Several local restaurants around and citadel and other places are in the walking distance

    Very central location, extremely cheap, big room with big bathroom, breakfast at your time.
