Free Internet for two hours - Hong Hoa Hotel
The staffs here are quite friendly and efficient. We paid USD13 for a double-sharing room (102 & 202) per night stay (15 to 17 Jul 06).
Do check out their website as indicated below for their services, facilities and amenities.
I will recommend this hotel if you need to access the internet with limited budget. After all, you only sleep for 8 hours in the room.
Unique Quality: It has a grocery store downstair facing De Tham street, selling drinks, tidbits, toiletries and etc till late at night.
