Que Huong Hotel

This is the Que Huong mini hotel, not to be confused with Liberty Hotel with the same Vietnamese name, which is a more expensive 3 star hotel)

Price: Cheaper than the others. 11-12$ max, and you might want to bargain. Room is big and includes a big bathtub. There is no elevator, so choose a room on the lower floors. This is where I ended up staying, and not only for the price. Good value.

Includes - A clean room with a big bed, Aircon, Fridge, hot shower, cable TV (HBO, Starworld etc.), elevator. Prices may vary depending on season.

Location: On the alley between Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien which makes it VERY quiet. If you`re looking for hotels on your own, then these alleys are a good place to do so - and not as dodgy as they may seem at first.

  • Opinion of Price: least expensive
  • Related to: Backpacking, Budget Travel

A: "I would try Benh Tanh markets: they seem to have just about everything else there. The fresh produce section is at the back."
