Have just been to Ha Noi for the first time and spent 3 nights at Asia Palace with three friends.
Thought the Asia Palace Hotel Hanoi 2 was fabulous value for money:
Staff friendly, proficient, helpful, cheerful, accommodating
Location excellent if you want to be in the old quarter close to Hoan Kein Lake, great shopping
Price great for budget travellers
As a small boutique hotel it is great if you want to get away from the larger hotels and the rat race.
My friends and I would certainly go back and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent hotel knowing that you will enjoy the hospitality, service and location.

Have just spent the last four nights in Hanoi and three nights accommodated at Asia Palace Hanoi 2 for three of the nights and one night at Indochine Hotel only because of a problem with a Halong Bay trip and Asia not being able to accommodate us.
The Asia Palace Hotel Hanoi 2 is far beyond its star rating and value for money. The rooms are very clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The breakfasts are excellent with nothing a problem.
Probably the stand out quality of the Asia Palace Hanoi 2 is the staff and the professionalism yet very friendly. No request made to them was to much trouble, always with a smile.
The Asia Palace Hanoi 2 is a small boutique hotel if you want to get away from the big ones and the rat race. The hotel is situated in a great location and in easy walking distance of good shopping and sightseeing locations.
I would certainly go back and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel knowing that you will enjoy the hospitality, service and location.

The hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport made connections convenient.The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. We were even given our room at 9 am and the staff made sure that, as other guests were checking out, that it was a quiet room. The room was beautifully appointed. Breakfast was excellent.Great location.Pefect choice

Group of 12 people! Stayed in a different hotel and then moved to the new asia palace hotel. Compared with the other hotels, this one offers a fantastic value for money
Good, clean, windows in every room. Some with a balcony facing the street. Just a bit noisy..
Free internet, free breakfast, and a pretty good one too.
In top of it, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They got us a great trip to halong.
Cant say anything bad about this place, and for the price, its unbeatable.
Excellent hotel, great value for your money.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel in a deluxe room with 2 double beds. The price was fantastic, the room was super spacious, bathroom was confortable with nice shower stall and hot water. Bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and spotless.
Toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and soap bar were, unfortunately, not replenished every day as they should be, and we had to ask for it when we did not have anymore. This was a bit inconvenient.
It was also unfortunate that the staff was not able to obtain us tickets to the water puppet show, even though we had requested for the tickets at least 2 weeks before we arrived at the hotel. We were disappointed about this.
However, throughout our stay, every staff member that we met were very, very attentive, courteous, helpful, smily, and friendly. Superb service overall.
The complimentary breakfast buffet could be replenished more often, but in terms of taste, the dishes offered were in my opinion (I am Vietnamese) the most tasty food that you will find in Hanoi !

Best Hotel for the price in Hanoi!

This was the third hotel we stayed in while in Hanoi and by far the best.
The staff was incredibly helpful and the receptionist (Tu Anh) was super fun to chat with and always had great recommendations for restaurants we could try and told us where we could all the best deals for shopping and the like in addition to recommending a great spa where I got a fantastic massage.
The best recommendation I can give this place is to say that if I was to return to Hanoi this is definitely the place where I would stay.
Contrary to some of the other locations we'd been to this place was "brand new" and hence was very comfortable and insanely spacious. I wish we'd found this place earlier!
All you need in Hanoi for some peace!

Great little hotel- cheap rates and the service was excellent: the staff were well

Location was excellent right at the central of Hanoi.Staff were very helpfull in helping us find our way to places we wanted to see.Breakfast was nice as well.Very good price quality
