Blue Paradise Hotel: very good hotel and sweet staffs with service

Lovely food in the executive lounge. Staff friendly once you were checked in but had to carrying my own luggage ( we have lot of luggage ) very sweet check in. We have breakfast at 8am before we do the trip of Halong bay. We had wonderful trip ( they booked for me) and great the greeting back from staffs and hotel's owner. I will stay again if we have plan come back Vietnam
great location and shopping center. With 2 minutes by walking i will be sight-seeing the Lake.
Very friendly service, good location, internet working most nights, had our laundry done. Good choice of breakfast, plenty to eat. Walls could do with painting and wardrobes should be opened to get rid of the stuffy smell, but rooms/bathrooms are in good condition and clean. Good location, very close to center. I would definitely go back to Blue Paradise hotel on my next trip to Hanoi.
Blue Paradise Hotel is run by friendly, helpful, unassuming staff. The facilities are clean and fresh and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is substantial and the free internet access is useful. It is also a good base to have when going various tours and returning to Hanoi. Great hotel in Hanoi.
