Wonderful Budget Hotel
Spent a month at the Lucky Star in January 2010. Rooms are clean. The staff at the front desk were outstanding. They made sure I had a good taxi, suggested a restaurant down the street for me to eat at most nights. Good location, only about four blocks to Hoam Kiem Lake were you can walk in the mornings or at night. Good breakfast.
