great hotel near the center
This is a good place to crash. The rooms are around 20 usd, or with balcony 25 usd.
You have free internet, and you can have a breakfast, although there isn't a lot of choice.
They also book trips, or can arrange tickets to other places (like train tickets to Sapa).
Unique Quality: Good location, clean rooms and friendly people.
