Comfortable Hotel
The hotel is catering mostly for the business men but the tourist will enjoy it as well. A very elegant hotel, in a nice area, not far from the center. Rooms are large and comfortable and nicely furnished. If you stay in a higher story you get a great view of the city. The dining room is very pleasant, and breakfast buffet is huge and tasty. The staff is always smiling and very helpful

Yes, Melia has all quality to be the best meeting place in town with location and professional staffs for meeting facilities, plus they are flexible to deal with.
Other option is Sheraton Hotel.

Yes, it has been widely known for providing the best meeting facilities and service in Hanoi in particular and Vietnam as a whole. However, there are also a number of other hotels in town that are at least of equal or better quality such as the Sofitel Metropole and Hilton Opera.
