pleasant staff makes you feel at home
In the heart of old Hanoi, this small boutique style hotel is a good place to stay. within walking distance of all parts of the old hanoi and close to the lake.
Unique Quality: I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff from the moment I walked in. They began treating you with respect and also with the familiarity of an old friend.

Has anyone stayed here, or heard anything about it? I've searched like mad, and have found no comments on it anywhere, although it does look great from their website and it's recommended by the Rough Guide.
