Valuable for your pocket.
If you want to be pampered then stay at this hotel. They go out of their way to make sure you are treated like royalty. The customer service they give is truly world class. This hotel is worth every pound you will spend. The location is exceptional and is within walking distance of most places you will want to visit. We would love to go back to Hanoi and when we do we will stay at this hotel!

Great hotel in Old Quarter
My partner and me booked this hotel online in January 2011 after looking at many over the course of a few days as it came across as quite modern and pretty reasonable. Location was perfect, very close to the heart of the city. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of food and allowed us to fill up for the day. We both loved this hotel and city so much, we are planning another trip in August of this year.

We rate this hotel on top in Hanoi
After reading a lot of comment on website, we have decided to book a room at this hotel. My mom and I stayed at this hotel on our way in and out of Vietnam. We could not say enough good things about it. Rooms are basic but super clean. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options, the staffs so nice and helpful. The location is great: about 3 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake and it is near by to many museums. Here you are outside the touristy area but within easy walking distance to it. Additionally, you can watch normal Vietnamese life, market, 3 minutes from hotel to the Water Puppet Theater and 10 minutes to Dong Xuan market by walk …would like to recommend it.
Unique Quality: Great for staff, nice room and very good location. Internet is for free as well.
