Out of our expectation, very beautiful hotel
We totally absolutely amaze about this hotel! Next time, back to Hanoi, we wouldn't need to choose anything else. Staffs there are very friendly and superb! Great holiday and great location! Our stayed at Thaison palace hotel is the highlight of our tour. Extremely highly recommend! Best service and best staff
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: We highly recommend to book the tours with this hotel because they arrange services by themselves, and have many belong to suppliers , so that why we could get lower prices and quality than others friend did

I am in Vietnam for a week. Thai Son Palace hotel was my first choice of hotel .I was very happy to stay with them.Their staffs were so friendly and helpful .hotel manager cooked Vietnamese food for us .She was great !
Rooms are impeccably clean and have hardwood floors. Refrigerator. Hot water. Air con. Fairly quiet in the back rooms. Breakfast is good and made fresh.I was happy to book Halong bay tour and Sapa tour at travel desk of Thai Son Palace hotel.Highly recommend !

Thaison Palace Hotel, a golden address in Hanoi
Love everything about this hotel from the design, staff and rooms. We booked superior double room but were upgraded to deluxe double with 2 huge beds which were the most comfortable. This was a very clean, modern room with full facilities such as Flat TV, digital safe box, long sofa, computer. The bathroom was full of complementary with toiletries, soap, beauty shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and even sewing kit... perfect. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and we really enjoyed it each morning.
Unique Quality: The room with nice city views and full of fresh-air.
