    Pasamos unos días en Mui Ne estupendos. El hotel estaba casi vacío pues aún no había empezado la temporada alta y nos dieron una habitación en primera línea de playa y un trato muy bueno
    La playa muy buena
    Cuando llegas a Mui Ne tienes que tener una idea clara de donde te tienes que quedar, pues todos los hoteles están en una calle y el autobus va pasando por todos ellos, casi habíamos pasado toda la calle y no habíamos decidido, menos mal que una pareja nos dijo que este era un buen hotel aunque no aparecía en nuestra guía

    We spent very nice days in Mui Ne.The hotel it wasnearly empty because the season had not started and we got a room on the first row of the beach and the personnel it was very friendly
    The beach is very good
    When you reach Mui Ne you must have a clear idea where you want to stay, because all the hotels are in the main street and the bus is passing in front of them, We had already passed all the street and we had not taken any decission , luckily a couple told us that this it was a wood hotel even if it was not in our guide

    There is a series of resorts in Mui Ne – Phan Thiet. Most of them are good, but I choose Malibu to recommend you because I already stayed there this year. It is one of the newest resorts in Mui Ne. Last time I tried with only US$20net/room (with BF). Cheap huh? But I do not think you can be confirmed at that rate. There are 2 reasons: first, my friend is working there; second, because you are foreigners (they think you are rich, hahahah). Any way, with its’ perfect facilities and warm service, US$30-70 is not a rough deal, right? For more info, you can go to http://www.malibu-resort.com/

    After spoiling ourselves at the Hoang Ngoc Resort, we opted to use our money a bit more conservatively for the remainder of our stay in Mui Ne Beach area.

    Watering Hole has about 11 cabins, which are laid out out in 5 separate buildings. Each has A/C and fan, as well as electric heated showers.

    The rooms are simple, but comfortable for an economic stay. The mattresses are clean, but on the firm side.

    If you can arrange for cabins #10 or #11, you will have the waterfront view.
    Breakfast (very basic) can be included for an additional $2 per person.

    Price per room is $20.

    My favorite place when in Phan Thiet with wife and friends, really well designed bungalos. Pool a bit on the small side to be honest but it is right on the beach, which they look after well.
    It has one of the best bars in town, great crowd there at the weekends, and the restaurant has recently been turned around and is cooking some great grub

    I've been to Mui Ne 3 or 4 times now, and I've stayed at several places each time. Hands down, Bamboo Village offers the nicest accomodation. If you're not on a budget, I recommend staying here.

    Bamboo Village offers air-conditioned huts right along the beach. There's nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and stepping out your front door to the blue waters of the South China Sea.

    • I was there during the lull season. There is about 4 other groups throughout my 3 nights stay there. They are either couples or 2-generation families. Mostly Vietnamese with 1 couple being Russian. The kids are generally well-mannered and not noisy and hence the place is very peaceful. The room was great. Had the ocean view villa at the extreme end. Sitting on the veranda, you can feel the strong sea breeze and hear the sound of the waves. As the resort is located at one end of the Mui Ne stretch, it is not so convenient to go out to the heart of Mui Ne since you will require to take the complimentary shuttle service which is available at 10am and 3pm a day. Drop off point is Saigon Resort. Pick up time is 10.15am and 3,15pm. Regardless, it only cost US$5 a taxi ride to the Saigon Resort.

    This resort is the only place I can give an opinion on as it's the only one we went to. It was a part of the package with the Sinhcafe - an overnight stay, meals, coach transfers and a short tour for $35 per person. The hotel was lovely - great rooms, nice pool, the downside being that there isn't much of a beach in this spot. The hotel is owned by the SinhCafe.

    Incredible resort on the beach overlooking the South China Sea.
