Very Good Resort for families and couples

This resort is composed of bungalows in 2 sizes, all of them large enough. Very good place to relax and pleasure, and also very good to practice sports. There are a lot of amenities inside and outside are plenty of restaurants, cheap travel agencies and a lot of places to visit. This holiday area is not as noisy as other places, not for hard dancers. The resort has a nice pub in the gardens with a large billiard, a table futbol, a lot of games, a very large lcd tv set with DVD to see. And some classes of beer, and another drinks, even cheap and good draught beer. In spite of this there are very few people every night. It is well situated in the middle of the main (and only) street-road. We spent 5 days and it was a short time because there are a lot of things to do apart of relax. We recomend a trip to white dunes and a visit in a cable car to Ta Cu.

Unique Quality: Pros:
Atmosphere at the installation is very pleasant, superb elevated bungalows, the tropical garden is very well cared, large swimming pool surrounded by gardens, staff is very kind at reception, restaurants and other facilities, staff is well trained and in restaurants service is perfect, very good comfort and quality of the bed as the best to sleep, among all hotels visited in Vietnam, refurbished bathroom, wonderful security box inside the room, nice bungalows inside: 2 windows, conditioned air, big wardrobe, minibar, a bar at the beach, a restaurant with easy for all people vietnamese and thai meals (food is quite soft to look like asian food) and a nice and high class french restaurant, consider the best in the area (complete meal 12'5 euros). There is a free use internet computer at the reception (only one)
Large library with many books clasified in languages. The portion of beach is well cared and nice with coconuts trees and white sand, good views of the bay through Mui Ne village.
Cons:
Situated near the road, as most of the hotels and resorts, there is a little of noise.

Continuous leak of a watery substance from the thatched roof of the room, what make dirty where it falls. These contaminated drops give a careless appearance to the nice room and they destroy the good quality furniture and linen. Be careful with your belongings. This happens at least in two bungalows and during wet time (august)
The worst: Owners (a french and his wife german) don't take into consideration opinions of customers and they don't have any remark for our critical observations (in 2 times) about our stay at the CocoBeach resort. Bad for the owners; I'm sure with vietnemese owners the attention will be better as in fact we realized.
