Average hotel but not my first choice. Sometimes A/c not working. windows don't close
No real problems though.
At least its not tourist trap ripoff hotel like some in Ninh Kieu
The room rates are very reasonable and I think it is budget type accomodation. I like the quality of the rooms as well. Nice place. Just 20 to 35 bucks, not bad for such a good quaity.
A decentbasic place that many tours take you to. A room is $6 or $10 with a/c. This usually includes a TV.
this hotel is very good and cheap.
one room is about 12 euro (2 persons)
they have airco the food is good.
if you go to Can tho you have to go here.
A rather unnerving experience in a seemingly abandoned hotel! This is the chosen place for the first night on the SinhCafe tour.... clean but very old with scratchy blankets and a brick-like pillow! If you get offered an option to upgrade, do it for this first night.... the 2nd night accommodation is fine.
There seemed to be a surplus of rooms in Cantho but most of them are pre-booked by tour groups as this is how most people visit the region. Since we arrived in the evening, it was nice to not have to hunt for a bargain room in the waning light. Since it was at the tail end of our three weeks in Vietnam, it was a welcomed if unusual luxury for me
You can’t expect a real lot if you pay a set price as low as we did for this tour. To get some perspective, we paid less than $30 each for a three day tour that not only took us through the region but also from Saigon to Phnom Penh in Cambodia. And that included some meals too! So, this room would be in the $8-10 range and for that price, it was not bad. The balcony was very nice though we didn’t have any time to enjoy it. The room was clean if very old furnishing-wise but had its own bathroom and a much needed air-conditioner.
