If you take the tulicotourist van and havent booked any hotel, the van will stop you here.
The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the town, but not recommended. As the night can be foggy, walking back at night is quite dangerous if you are alone.
Better to get a hotel or GH in town. This hotel is too old and you can see water stained on the wall, free one cockroach which die under the hotel slipper.. the room is quite big, with a balcony and attached bathroom for only US5.
The price is negotiable.

What would be more comfortable after trekking all day long than take a loooong, hot bath and go to sleep in big, warm bed!
Maybe hot bath with cold, crispy cider... but you cant get all good things at the same time. However, advisable hotel with spacious and superclean rooms and breathtaking views.
Breakfast is included, but not worth of mentioning. Probably you are starving after hour trekking.I missed the most real dark bread.
Decent bath tub with lots of hot water. Thats not a matter of course. Nearly in every hotel is some kind of bath tub, but variable amount of (hot) water. If you just happen to get a good one, enjoy it!

It's nice hotel, located in the centre. The manager is very nice and humourous. You can spend your time talking to him , or share a cup of rice wine.

We like this place. Great rooms with great views, over gardens and hills and just set back enough from the road to be a little quieter than some. Could be expensive (it's the most we have spent for ages/ever probably, but we were very tired!).
Watch those stairs though!
