Vietnam worst hotel: SAPA HOTEL

This hotel is just not an hotel. We arrived at 6AM on December 30th and there was no heater and no electricity in hotel (the staff was using portable lamp). The electricity came back at 10AM. Outside temperature in sapa was about 8 degrees celsius but the hotel had no heating system. After asking twice to staff a heater, we finally got one in the afternoon! Of course there was no hot water. The television has only the local channels (the hotel homepage advertise a lot of very good facilities which don't exist including satelite TV). The hotel is moreover dirty and then it would require quite a courageous mind to try the restaurant (which anyway looks closed). The staff is quite numerous (about 6 to 9 persons) but does nothing but watching TV in the lobby. It took 14 hours to register and give me back my passport! The staff looked like abandoned orphans who know nothing about working in a hotel.
This is surely the worst hotel in Vietnam! (maybe in the world)

PS: Not to mention that if you ask the staff about the swimming pool you will be informed that there is in another hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in fact half of the picture available on their own website or any website advertising them are fake or frauds.
