I stayed here in February 2011 and found the rooms to be adequate, clean bedding, electric blanket only on dbl bed though not on single. Bathroom plumbing leaking due to bad fitting of toilet roll holder having drilled into pipe it would seem therefore water sprayed out of paper holder when shower turned on but have had other such interesting experiences with plumbing throughout the world. Water was hot for shower in AM but ran out quickly in Pm. Rooms had balconys and good views of valley. Restaurant large and food fine. Lovely gardens from restaurant area and small shower area available for guests who have already checked out to use prior to leaving for station. Treks and transport organised from hotel and bags stored for last day until ready to leave on bus for train. Four middle aged women travels who did not pay 5 star so did not expect 5 star. Will probably stay there again next time.
