Auberge (Khach San) Phuong Nhung.: Reasonably quiet.
Having got into town rather late after the horrendous roads here, we more or less just had a quick dinner and off to bed as we were getting up early to try and see the villages we should have visited in the afternoon. The bedroom was quite sizeable with a separate shower/toilet room. Our room gave onto the street but there was no undue late noise, early morning chickens from across the road, but when you're in Vietnam this is the norm.
The food was pretty good, as I remember, with a generous breakfast.
