Found out it is a beginning problem that has gotten worse and worse , most hotel reviews at any hotel in Vietnam are written by the staff. Only rely on reviews from people who have reviewed hotels or other things outside of Vietnam..

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!
Worst hotel that I have ever been to. And I am a backpacker, I'm used to bad. But this place is a 20-30 minute walk from what you come to see in Hoi An. That alone is reason enough not to come here. It rains alot in Hoi An and you dont want to get caught in it when you have to find your way back to the hotel in the middle of no where. The reception tries to sell you to their tailor-shop friends. They are quite rude and unhelpful. Rooms are overpriced you are being ripped off if you stay here. The rooms are moldy and have bugs in them. The drinks are 3 times as much as they should be. Along with their microwaved meals. The security guards hassle you over renting a motorbike from them. They actually scream at you when you exit or enter the hotel. There's no hot water, no wifi, they lied about these things. It's a miserable dingy place. Stay at a nice hotel for the same price!
Unique Quality: Horrible everything. They did not do one thing well.

Great Accommodation
From the moment we walked into this lovely hotel we were treated like family. There was just the right amount of attention, never too much.
The rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the superior, with a balcony that overlooked the fields. At at any time of the day you can see the fields coming to life with bird calls and a few grazing cows.
The nice pool has amble umbrellas and tables to sit at and order very cheap and delicious food.
They provide for everything from trips to your plane tickets. You don't have to worry about anything.
The staff at Green Field are sweet and welcoming.
You would be hard pressed to have a bad experience in this hotel or in lovely Hoi An. You'd have to try really hard.
I would recommend this place to anyone. The age group that stayed there was varied and everyone was relaxed and happy.
You can easily walk to the city center in a few minutes. And if you want to have some tailoring done, Aisa Tailor (recommended by hotel staff). They did an absolutely incredible job with clothing for my husband and me.
It was a pleasant vacation!

Not worth the money
We decided to stay here after good reviews on VT etc. This is not worth the $25 that we were charged. The room was smaller than average, to use the shower you had to hold it over your head. The balcony doors would not shut or lock. The air con is actually a air cooler. The hotel told us that we were 5 minutes from the town, more like 15 minutes. We were woken up early this morning as there is a building site to the right of our room (not the hotels fault). We were overed another room, but we declined it.
We felt that this is not good value for money. When we settled the bill we knew that we would have to pay for the pick up from the Train Station. We had been told that it was $10 on the phone, they charged us $12. We queried it, we were told that had we booked the room on the internet we would have known that it is $12.
This place is overpriced and out of town.
Unique Quality: Okay, so it has a pool. Where at night you can watch the antics of couples which should be saved for the bedroom.

Highly reccommended
Excellent hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly all the time. The room is very nice, clean and really comfortable. They had free internet and buffet breakfast were included with the rooms. Location is alright. Our stay in the hotel was a pleasant one.

Had a great stay!
We loved Hoi An including our stay at Green Field Hotel. The staff were just lovely and very helpful. The hotel is a very short walk into the centre of town and about a 15 minute ride to the beach. A bonus is the great dress shop/tailor only 2 minutes walk towards town called ASIA which was recomended by the hotel and proved to be the best place to have clothes made (we had things made in both the market and ASIA and will go directly to ASIA next time). Green Field was the best place we stayed in during our visit to Vietnam. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay!

Five Star Service - Clean and Economical
We spent four nights here, two adults and teenage daughters. The staff were extremely helpful on anything we needed, from information to helping me sort an accommodation problem in Nha Trang, to arranging transport to the Denang airport.
They serve free fruit juice and rum cocktails for an hour every night and they had free local cultural entertainment on the nights we were there.
The restaurant is convenient but there is better food in town. The internet is free but so slow it is unfunctional so we went into town and paid something like 4000dong/hour (US 25 cents).
Unique Quality: The staff - very very helpful and friendly.
The pool - wonderful.
The location - about 1km walk into Hoi An and about 4 km to the beach.

The name of this hotel is Green Field Hotel on Cua Dai Street not Cua Dai Hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. Very amazing price. High Standard !!!
