Hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped and staff were very friendly and tried to accomodate any requests as best as they could. Facilities were usual of a typical 4* hotel in Asia. Command of English of the staff is rather good. We stayed in the deluxe room which was very very nice. We had a peep at the superior room and it also looked pretty comfortable (except that it was smaller and did not have a view of the river.)
For those who like the beach, the hotel has a private stretch on Cua Dai beach, which is served by hotel shuttle twice a day. [Hotel shuttle schedule is on their website.]
This is a nice quiet place to relax, but yet convenient for taking in the sights of the old town.
